What does the yellow or red plug icon indicate?

• Yellow Plug Icon: This indicates that the account has not been seen/connected for more than 2 minutes.
• Red Plug Icon: This indicates that the account has not been seen/connected for more than 10 minutes.

This typically indicates that your broker has temporarily disconnected their services, often for routine maintenance over the weekend. This is a common practice among brokers to ensure their systems are running smoothly. 

Rest assured, this maintenance is completed before the market reopens, so your trading activities won’t be affected. The connection will automatically restore once the broker’s services are back online, and your account will resume normal operations.
